If you want to hide, disable, add or do other things with tabs, groups and controls with RibbonX you must know the idMso of it, below I try to list all idMso's of the Excel 365 for Mac Ribbon controls. The RibbonX in the example workbooks try to duplicate the Ribbon so you can find the idMso of each control so you can use it to add controls to your own custom Ribbon.

Note: You can download a file for each tab of the Mac Excel 365 Ribbon that duplicate each group in each tab so you can easily find the idMso of each control to use it in your own custom Ribbon.

There are three tabs (Data, Draw and Insert) that are not complete, read the notes about the problem controls in the example files and in the RibbonX. I have try to get help from the Mac Excel team but never get any answers. I will update the download if I have more information.
